• “SHREEJI ENTERPRISE” specializes in the manufacture of machines and knives that meet international standards required by customer’s in India as well as abroad.
  
  “SHREEJI ENTERPRISE” have been designed for reprocessing plastic waste like HDPE, LDPE, ABS, PVC, reprocessing compounding, etc. 
  
  Temperature Control panel is attached to enable processing of various grades of thermoplastics. 
  
  “SHREEJI ENTERPRISE” Grinders and Agglomerators are designed specifically for plastic processors. “SHREEJI ENTERPRISE” grinders provide a shearing action and not chpping action. The material is sliced between the blades and cut reground with result that all the tedious operation of tearing, shredding or pre cutting is completely eliminated saving both time and labour.
  
  Shreeji offers modern, sophisticated extrusion systems for blown flims, pipes and profiles, wire and cables, box strapping, mono-filaments, monoaxially oriental tapes for woven sacks, reprocessing, compounding machine in various capacities.

  Shreeji also assits cutomers in setting up a plastic processing unit on any scale – small, medium or big. 
  
  Reprocessing Extrusion system is used for recycling factory rejects and recoverable waste plastics. Our special screw design facilitates high output of reclaimed plastics, specially designed plants are available for recovery of fibrous material like DPE/PP tapes into extruder without pre-grinding.
  
  Auxilliary equipments are also offered for reprocessing plastic scarp viz., AGGLOMERATORS for forming beads of film and tape scarp. GRINDERS, specially designed for size reduction of moulded scarp, pipes, films etc.
  
  FORCE FEEDER for compacting and feeding low bulk density scarp to extruder for continuous output.
  
  Shreeji offers plants for compounding of engineering and performance plastics with various filler – material and also for colouring all type of polymers. 
  
  Vented extruder with specially designed screws are available for compounding and alloying of engineering plastics and mineral / glass filed compounds. We also offer range of HIGH SPEED MIXERS.
